Matthew Freeman’s journey into construction began at just 11 years old. From an early age, he developed a hands-on understanding of building, repairing, and problem-solving—laying the foundation for a career rooted in craftsmanship and discipline.
In 2014, Matthew and Anabella Freeman were relocated to Bentonville, Arkansas from Guatemala along with their four children—Isa, Matthew, Mikey, and Ruby Ann. That transition marked the beginning of a new chapter, both for their family and for what would later become Square Foot Management.
In 2020, through a church connection, Matthew met a mentor who played a pivotal role in his path toward becoming a licensed General Contractor and the leader of his own construction company.
As the company continued to grow, Anabella joined the business full-time, bringing more than 25 years of corporate leadership and senior management experience. Today, she serves as General Manager, helping guide operations, systems, and long-term vision.
Together, they lead Square Foot Management with a shared commitment to quality craftsmanship, strong values, and building lasting trust with every client.
